The King of Rocks and Goats — (and his family)

One of my favourite things about the Song of Achilles was how Odysseus was characterised actually.

He was almost exactly how I imagined him when reading the Odyssey - and my favourite part about it was how he was constantly talking about how amazing his wife is. AND WHILE I’M ON THE SUBJECT I really don’t understand people who don’t like Odysseus. I mean, sure he’s a bit of a douche at times but you can’t deny that he loves his wife and he’s a good father. Which is more than you can say for certain ‘heroes’ (*cough* agamemnon *cough*)
